Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun is a AAA's 5 Diamond Award Winner property with 13 outdoor pools, 6 à la carte gourmet restaurants, a buffet restaurant, a Coco Café, a Barefoot Grill and a Preferred Beach Club exclusive for Preferred Club guests. Restaurants that request dress code casual elegance are Bordeaux, El Patio, Himitsu, Oceana, Portofino, Seaside Grill and World Café. Dress code casual elegance – Long pants required for men. No sleeveless shirts or flip-flops. Sneakers/ tennis shoes or dress sandals, dress shirts with short sleeves or collared shirts. Himitsu, there are three teppanyaki tables available (must request in advance with Concierge). It also offers a wide variety of on-site activities like yoga and scuba lessons. Featuring hot tubs, furnished terraces, and mini-bars, the suites at this adult-only have flat-screen cable TV. The marble bathrooms provide toiletries, bathrobes and a hairdryer. The restaurants at Secrets Maroma have different specialties like buffet services, Mexican cuisine, Asian delicacies, French dishes, Italian specialties and grilled meals. Other activities that this all-inclusive offers are dance lessons, beach and pool volleyball, water aerobics, and archery, among others. Cancun’s nightlife entertainment area is only 30 minutes drive from Secrets Maroma, and Playa del Carmen can be reached in a 15-minute drive. Tulum Archaeological Site is 50 minutes drive away. Everything was absolutely perfect. The rooms are large, very comfortable and very clean. The service of every single employee is outstanding. The installations are in perfect conditions. All the restaurants are delicious with great quality of food, diverse menus and fresh food.
The entertainment is nice but not to loud. The beach is spectacular, there was no sargasam on our stay. We love visiting this hotel. Our private concierge Heriberto was of great help. Coco's café matcha latte delicious. The new World café was inagurated and it is so nice and comfortable.

I loved the Service especially the personal concierges Emmanuel and Roger! They really go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Brandon and Henry also took very good care of us! Our room was not as.cool as we would like so they moved us to a cooler room and gave me an extra bottle of Champagne.
Beautiful property; fairly traditional style. Very nice beach with clean sand - beach walking was a joy. Common pools fairly busy, usual crowds around swim up bar, etc, but property overall never felt crowded. Swim out room was bliss. Staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful (room concierge and activity leader in particular). Lots of activities, which you can do - or not.
