This place is run by different managements. I booked my room on Booking.com under Selva Studios. On Google map the place is actually Seremonia if you wanna order a taxi or Uber eats. The place is absolutely stunning and quiet.The main pool is beautifully surrounded by exotic trees with 2 tubs, very well maintained and clean. Each room has its own swim-out pool, small but enough for a dip during a hot and humid day. The room is spotless, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. I especially love the bed and pillows, there is a duvet, so comfortable that I sleep very well! The maintenance people come to clean my pool in the morning. I saw people have concerns about the deposit. I left a 100$ bill at check-in and I was refunded upon check-out, nice and easy. It is about a 15-min bike ride to downtown or to the beach (take av Coba to avoid traffic jams during rush hours). I will definitely recommend this place and come back again. It is a very good value and quality ratio.
