I decided to upgrade and rent the larger apartment instead of the studio and it was the best decision. Fernando the host was extremely accommodating, professional and helpful. This location is super ideal if you plan on walking, the beach is only a few minutes away by foot and there are so many restaurants and bars in the area.
The building is new with a fancy reception, and there are two nice pools that you can use during your stay. We chose an apartment with a street view as we prefer some privacy even if the street is noisy. This was our second stay in this area and we loved it a lot, good restaurants nearby, lots of shops and you can access the main streets or the public beach in several minutes. So you will avoid crowded, noisy and overpriced places but still if you want - you can access it easily. The room was simple with a little kitchenette but spacious and bright. You will find everything you need there.
Fernando was the most awesome and lovely host . Location perfect , just but outside the main attractions so nice and quite , close to ado bus stations if you are transit ! Highly recommend

El condominio es muy lindo, hermosa la decoración tal como lo describen las fotos, dos piscinas hermosas, muchas plantas le dan al espacio una armonía y naturaleza es mi segunda vez que me alojo en el condominio. Esta vez me alojé en una habitación, es muy linda grande confortable con todos los servicios. Solicité una pava eléctrica para calentar agua para el mate y por suerte pudieron brindármela, cuenta con un gimnasio bastante completo y máquinas nuevas
