The location was fairly close of sites we wanted to visit -downtown, and restaurants.
Great service, clean, well supplied. Very comfortable accommodation. 24 hour security.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though English, isn’t the first language, they were still willing try and communicate and help with any questions or concerns. I thought it was really nice that they had an event cookout on Saturday but it got rained out.
Great stay for a quick overnight in Tuxtla - centrally located and able to get with ease to the Canyon. Facilities were super clean, safe, and modern. The staff was wonderful - we had a very late arrival, after midnight, and we were able to be let in with ease. Would recommend if you are in Tuxtla!
The rooms are very cute and spacious
