I like the apartment and the value 😌.. and there was a cafe across the street for coffee and pastries.
The unit and location were great and it was very clean. Although there was a slight hiccup at the beginning where the construction noises were a bit too loud, the helpful staff at ULIV were prompt in getting me moved to a different unit. Overall, everything was amazing and I would highly recommend.

Location worked well for me, great coffee shops and cafes nearby, building had an amazing rooftop and I liked that it had a gym. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall great experience.
