The friendliness and kindness from the staff. Everyone was happy to assist you, to help you, to just try to make you have a good time there. Great attention!
Even we didn't use all the facilities, the hotel services and facilities we used were great, specially when you have family with little kids.
The staff was friendly and the three pools, all with a swim up bar and two by the ocean were great! The food was decent and the drinks were tasty.

Large property with both marina and beach experience. We had a problem with our room and staff expressed concern and resolved the issue immediately. The food was good. Grounds are beautiful. The rooms are comfortable.
