I had a great stay at Ventuarun and Valle de Bravo. Both the city and the hotel exceeded my expectations. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable and in a great location in town. Eduardo, the manager was super helpful and recommended me many great places to visit as well as advice on how to get their. Because of all this, I had to extend my stay for a few more days!
I liked the concept of the hotel and the view it offered from the top patio.

Eduardo at the front desk was exceptional. He provided great recommendations and stored my motorcycle in the office overnight. He really went above and beyond.
Eduardo, at the front desk is exceptional. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. The room is clean and comfortable with wi-fi and hot water. There is a shared kitchen for making coffee, etc.
