We had a great experience! The rooftop is lovely, the staff were friendly and helpful, and there’s parking available. Would definitely recommend!
Nice and welcoming owners and staff. Well located and easy to get to the pyramids. Rooms are simple and good. San Juan of Teotihuacan itself is well worth walking around to get a bit of the sounds and colors of a small village; no grand attractions (apart from the pyramids) and also no special places to eat (food at the hotel itself is very good) but a pleasure to just wander around.
Beautiful artistic complex. Quiet near the pyramids. Parking inside gated entrance. Staff very helpful and friendly wonderful breakfast available at a reasonable cost.
This property exceeded our expectations! It was so charming - you walk in and it feels like you're at a retreat. The owner greeted us when we arrived, showing us to our room and ensuring we knew where everything worked. He arranged a taxi for us to our hot air balloon the following morning. We had a FULL breakfast that was so delicious when we returned from the pyramids (don't seek out a restaurant!) The property is also filled with art by the co-owner, which I highly recommend walking around to take in - she's very talented! Would definitely return here again.
The breakfast was made fresh and was delicious. The whole place was very calm and homey. It was also walking distance to the pyramids.
