Value for dollar, clean, friendly, close to everything, quiet and secluded, right on water, gorgeous view of bay
The house is perfectly located - directly at the water with an ocean view from the bed, the balcony and the pool. It has everything you need and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
Gorgeous view of entire bay. Very clean. Comfortable bed with firm mattress. Beach towels and purified water provided. Centrally located, easy access to beach, pier and restaurants.
The location of Villa Sebas is amazing. The apartment is right on the rock, waves are crushing all the time (be ready for it, it can be pretty loud). The view into the Yelapa bay is stunning.
And also, Alex the owner was absolutely helpful and kind. I got a terrible food poisioning on the last dat and she let us stay longer which litteraly saved my life!

This property was amazing! Great views wonderful private pool and lots of fans to help with the heat. The wrap around balcony was perfect! The little private beach was wonderful! Would stay here again! Only thing I would say is air conditioning would have been nice, but the fans helped! Beautiful place!
