Great service and staff! The cleaning staff was incredible, even folding cloth! Location is 2 blocks from the main plaza. The breakfast was nice and balance.
The property was very clean and we loved the architecture.
The room and entire hotel are stunningly beautiful. I felt like I was in a palace! All very comfortable as well of course and very good breakfast.
The staff were so helpful when we had an issue with the car that we were going to rent. They called the rental company on the phone and straightened everything out so all was okay! We plan to stay there again at the end of our visit to the Maya ruins of the Yucatan in a couple of weeks. Highly recommended!
We enjoyed the space in the loft. This gave a perfect rescue from the heat in Merida. The bed was very comfortable and the WIFI worked well as we had our own hub in the loft.
Beautiful and authentic Mexican design. Well maintained. Excellent linens and comfort.
