We enjoyed every day of our stay at Xela. Everything exceeded our expectations: the stunning hotel amenities, the delicious food, and the exceptional service.
The entire Concierge team was incredibly attentive, promptly addressing every request. They were quick to resolve any inquiries via WhatsApp. During our stay, we celebrated a birthday, and the team went above and beyond by arranging a surprise setup in our room and even ordering a birthday cake!
This hotel is truly on another level, and we can’t wait to return.
