It was clean and host was so nice! I loved how parking was gated and the place look exactly like in the pictures.

This is definitely a place i am more than happy to give a 100% recommend on. The cleanliness of inside and outside is exceptional. A big plus for me because i traveled with kids is that the wifi service is available to us and working unlike many other hotels i've stayed throughout the world. I seriously have Zero negative remark about this place.
Eduardo was an excellent host. He responds quickly to you if you need to message him. The room was very clean and odor-free. It even has a mini-fridge and microwave!
The apartment was awesome! It was clean and comfortable. We loved that it had a gate to pull our car in.
Overall, it was very secure. We were very pleased with it. I definitely will consider booking it again.
