The location was excellent.
Everything was as advertised.
Had a chance to talk with the owner who spoke English, ' My Spanish is horrible' who gave us the history of the hotel and the surrounding area.
Clean and comfortable, and a wonderful location. The bathroom was excellent with a good shower and plenty of hot water. There is no sitting area, but we were out sight seeing all the time so it didn't matter. The owner and staff were very helpful and quick to respond and it was fabulous to be able to leave our bags after check out. I would absolutely stay here again.
Love everything the location is perfect. Restaurant and stores are all on the square. Love it beautiful scenery.
Location! We didn't have to Uber anywhere. Museums, shops, restuarants were all near by to explore all of Puebla. The host was friendly and very responsive.
I would come stay here again.
