Расположение отеля на холме с видом на город. Персонал решает все проблемы. Завтрак великолепный с панорамным видом на город и еще настоящий камин, очень атмосферно. Номер прекрасный, сантехника отличная, есть и душевая и ванна.

Fabulous stay. I booked two single rooms and got two double rooms due to available space. Supper was additional cost but superb. Comfortable. Very friendly, attentive staff.

Hotel is located high up with a great view. Not far from the center. Feels like a good choice to get a good idea of Windhoek.

Wonderful staff, great restaurant, nice views and location

The location was excellent and even had its own wildlife, a mongoose searching for food and hyrax living at the back of the hotel which I could watch from my room window. The hotel had environmental aspects I liked, the usual re-using of towels but also an explanation about hot water coming a solar heated source and to let water run until warm enough for shower/bath but to catch the cold water in a bucket provided in the room for use with other cleaning duties around the hotel complex. The food was excellent I had a three course evening meal which thoroughly enjoyed a good mix of breakfast items (cooked and continental) the following morning. All the staff were friendly.
