My family enjoyed alots my daughter she enjoyed the swimming pool everything was nice staff was so friendly. Next time also i will visit soon ..

Location is a bit off but besides that everything was top notch, staff were amazing. There must be very good manager managing the property.

Location was good, as the hotel is just a mile away from the airport. Room was perfect sized for our 3-member family and all amenities were as mentioned in the description. The swimming pool was nicely maintained and my daughter did enjoy spending time at the pool. All front desk staff were very approachable - it seemed like they all liked their job! The staff went out of their way to help us - be it the way Uma Shankar looked for a perfect car for us to rent for long distance travel or how he checked on us with real concern while we were gone for site seeing or the way he helped in getting us a last minute flight ticket to Kathmandu, it was great hospitality we experienced. We will definitely stay at this property when we visit Bhairahawa/Lumbini again. In fact, we stayed at this hotel the two times we were in town and both times we had perfect stays!!!

It's a new hotel with wonderful facilities like swimming pool,gym, sauna . The rooms are spacious and it's nestled away from the noise pollution of the city , very close to the airport, the staff was exceptional especially Siraj who is the manager took utmost care of us, our flight had got delayed and he permitted us to stay in our rooms without any extra charges , Uma Shankar was also very courteous and arranged for our taxi to the airport , in addition to them the entire staff was also very courteous and ensured we had a pleasant stay

Great hotel, restaurant and friendly staff. They did everything to help us and make us feel at home.
