Отель Hotel Barahi Kathmandu, Тамель, Непал

I recently stayed at Hotel Barahi in Kathmandu. The location is excellent, and the property itself is clean, safe, and well-maintained. While the energy of the hotel didn’t fully resonate with me personally, I want to acknowledge that the facilities were all in working order, and the front desk staff were helpful and courteous throughout my stay. One exceptional highlight was a waitress named Deviyiu Sharma (apologies if the spelling is incorrect). Her enthusiasm, attention to detail, and genuine professionalism stood out. She took great pride in her work, and her service was a credit to the hotel.

The hotel staff is so kind and polite, that at one point I wondered whether I even deserve to be treated THAT nice! Really, I felt like a queen. These are the kind of people who say "you're the MOST welcome, ma'am" instead of "you're welcome" and if an issue arises, they solve it in seconds. What an exceptional hospitality! Everything matches the pictures and there is everything you would expect from a 5-star hotel: comfortable big beds with crispy bedsheets, amazing breakfast, beautiful infinity pool etc., but there are also some nice unexpected touches, like a welcome drink upon arrival, or Chenrezig mantra softly playing in the background during breakfast. It's crazy how you can get such service for such relatively low price. Unmatched quality. The only "disadvantage" is that you get spoiled and it's more difficult to stay in other hotels later.

Comfortable bed, modern design in the room, good AC system (cold air), friendly staff, location was on the outskirts of Thamel so it wasn't as crazy or busy outside, meaning it was easier to find.

Definitely one of the better 4 star hotels I've stayed in the area, worth every penny Highly recommend :)

The staff was very kind and professional. The breakfast had many delicious choices.
