The staff were incredibly friendly and. accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The rooms were spotless, with modern decor and comfortable bedding. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions and offering easy access to transportation.

It is a nice, new hotel located about 2 km from the main tourist area. My room was nice but facing the lobby, so it was a little bit noisy (but the owner made sure that people kept quiet). However, book a room on the upper floor if available, they are much nicer. The kitchen was great and the wifi/internet excellent. The staff was kind and helpful and the owner was super friendly and helpful, he came to fetch me at the bus stop (a few kms away) and carried me everywhere with his motorbike without any charge. He also lent me his bicycle. I cannot thank him enough.

If you're planning a trip to Chitwan, this hotel is an excellent choice. What makes it special is Lokraj, the owner, who welcomes guests with open arms as if they were relatives. Need anything during your stay? From organizing tours to arranging transportation or local activities - he's there to help. Thanks to his efforts, guests have a wonderful time exploring the area. The location is ideal too - peaceful enough for a good rest, but close enough to experience authentic local life.It feels so nice to talk and take suggestions with him.

Staying at Bushal's place was such a good discovery. First the host is genuinely welcoming and treating you with special attentions. Everything is made to make you feel welcomed : picking up at the bus station, welcome drink, showing me around the area, helping in finding activity guides... Second the food served is so great thanks to Mohan! The beds are super confortable and the rooms are big. Thank you again for making my stay special.

Upon arrival, by bus, host was waiting at the bus station to welcome us with a smile on his face; he had the courtesy to hire and pay an auto-rickshaw which would take us and our luggage to the house (so he did for our departure). Owner and servant were very kind during our stay at their house, adorable. Room was larger than what we expected and very clean, really comfortable. The house is only 15-20 minutes walking from Sauraha's main street so there's no need to take a taxi. That will allow you to take pleasure greeting local people. House's servant is a nice cook too, we loved the dal bhat he prepared for us. In a few words, if ever we visit Chitwan again we won't hesitate to go back to Sauraha Gaida House.
