1. Great and helpful staff. At all times of the night if needed.
They have room service with decent food and really good Tibetan pancakes. If that does not serve your hunger, there is a Chinese restaurant with bar 1 meter from the entrance with delicious food.
2. Clean and good smell from the lounge to the rooms. Clean, bedsheets and towels. Beds also really soft and comfortable.
3. Good location with all your needs just outside the entrance. Lot of taxis and rickshaws.
4. Price for stay is also an dealbreaker.
Highly recommended for tourists and backpackers.
Convenient location beside a main road in Thamel, but off from the street so it was quieter than expected. Great shower pressure and HOT water! Fan kept room cool. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It was tidy and neat. The staff was responsive and nice. I asked to use their kitchen which was very tidy, neat, and useful.
