Location, accommodation, breakfast and the staff were perfect.

The shower curtain and bath tub are terrible and must be replaced please. The towels are hard and uncomfortable and need to be replaced as well. The location is good but it is too noisy at night due to musics and live band at various lakeside restaurants and bars. The hotel staff are nice.

The location is perfect - easy walking distance to everything of interest at Lakeside Pokhara. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always smiling and welcoming. Our rooms were clean and comfortable with nice views over the lake. Too bad it was so hazy and rainy during our stay as it would have been an epic view on a clear day. Nice free breakfast was included in our stay.

We have stayed at the Urban Boutique four times now over last two years and it seems to get better every time. The staff are all amazing, the rooms are modern and very clean and the lake views from the balcony are wonderful. The breakfast is also delicious and filling. I can't say enough about this place. Do not hesitate to book here as it is certainly one the best value for money properties we have ever stayed at.
