De locatie was prima, op goede loopafstand naar het centrum. Maar ook allerlei winkels nabij. En reuze fijn dat je gratis kan parkeren nabij het appartement. Wat opviel was ,dat ondanks dat het appartement in een groot flatgebouw is gesitueerd er weinig rumoer of geluid was van medebewoners.
Gute Lage, man kann den Bahnhof (für Fahrten nach Amsterdam) gut zu Fuß erreichen. Ebenfalls kann man zu Fuß in das Zentrum von Alkmaar.
L'appartement est bien situé : 20 mn à pied du centre ville et 15 mn de la gare pour aller à Amsterdam. Quartier calme bien que ce soit un grand ensemble avec des boutiques et une supérette au rez-de-chaussée. Le plus, pas indiqué dans l'annonce : une cave individuelle dans le sous-sol sécurisé pour un garer les vélos.
