Exceptional location, friendly, clean, great location, spacious, comfortable for an extended stay of over a week while attending university events.

Check-in within two minute, check-out just put the key into the box. Very central located between railway station and town centre, Very good value for money if you go early out and just stay there for sleep (had the 9m2 room, with shower inside, toilet shared).
The receptionist is quite a nice guy, the place is amazing as well, perfect location 👌
