The friendliness of the staff, the clean rooms and the quality of the meals.
Breakfast was very very good. Lot of variety. The staff was very courteous at checkin. Rooms were quite large and comfortable. Location was very peaceful. excellent restaurant on site.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
We ate in the restaurant. When I discovered a problem with the food they dealt with it in a professional manner and replaced the food without charging for it.
We slept very well and were pleased with the room.
We couldn't stay for breakfast but were allowed to get a few bits on the way before the breakfast opening time. It looked really good.
The price was appropriate for what we got.
The staff was super accommodating and helpful. I really appreciated it since my schedule didn't really allow me to be available for breakfast during the breakfast hours.
Hotel Steensel is located between the Eindhoven airport and the city which great and the hotel is very comfortable and the staff are friendly and welcoming also the breakfast and coffee was excellent
