The location of the property was very nice in the park and getting to the center was easy. The concierge team was very helpful in assisting me with bookings and ideas what to do. The building is beautiful and the rooms were quite nice. Room service was better than expected.
The historical nature of the building , tastefully decorated, good art on the walls, amazing park outside, Restaurant was excellent
Staff are all professional, friendly and helpful
The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The bed was excellent and had down duvets. The air conditioner was very precise, so we could control the temperature well.The view of the park was beautiful.
The shower was strong and had a lot of space, so it was comfortable to use.
The breakfast was delicious, with sweet/fresh fruits and good croissants and eggs.
The location was super close to a tram station so it was easy to get around.
The cleaning staff does an excellent job and were very nice to us. They even gave us some extra bathroom amenities and skin care products.
Very friendly staff, a very convenient location if you're traveling with kids. It's better to take a taxi to the city center (10 minutes) and enjoy a nice park outside the hotel than to stay in an overcrowded center. There's also a very cozy Spring cafe outside. Amazing breakfast. Opportunity to rent bicycles right in the hotel.
Overall, we are totally satisfied.
Amazing property, slightly out from town centre but easy on tram to get around.
