The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the minimum age of all adults traveling with you must be at least 25 years (excluding own children of the travelers).
