Die Erstkommunikation mit dem Vermieter war etwas holprig, aber ein Telefonanruf hat alles geklärt. Danach war alles sehr gut und der Vermieter ist uns wg. der Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten bei den Nebenkosten entgegen gekommen.
