One of my favourite hotels in AMS. Location, rooms, decor, facilities and staff - all top notch.
I had accidentally left my backpack on the train and didn't realize it until I checked into the room. The staff was quick in contacting the train station and doing everything they could to help me locate the backpack. They recommended a great restaurant and were very supportive during our entire stay.
The staff was so awesome in their customer service. They made us coffee, gave us directions and kept checking on the status of the room. We also dined at the Portuguese restaurant which was exceptional.
Going to Amsterdam and staying IN Amsterdam can be daunting logistically. The hotel was an absolute pleasure. Cost was excellent as was the experience!
Great location, very friendly staff, comfortable bed.
