Size of main room was very spacious. Bathroom was also large.
Nice little one-room apartment connected to the hosts home. Washing machine is greatly appreciated! The host even provided washing detergent. Excellent air conditioning.

The location was ok, we stayed there as base to visit Ometepe Island, so worked for us.
Super helpful and friendly host family. Hans and his mum helped me out several times and it was a pleasure to meet the family. The place had everything, was well equipped and super clean including new appliances, a big TV and even a washing machine. Rivas was an interesting small town with a nice square, church, park and a lot of small shops. I walked there every day and it took about 20 minutes.
