This is my first time in Nicaragua, and I could not have asked for a better place to end up. Josh is a very accommodating host. Helped us with any issue or question we had about the area. The main helper for Josh, Georgina, was a god send. Without her, we would've been two lost fish out of water. They are the dream team of vacation renting in Nicaragua. They truly held true to the name Hidden Gem!
Host was wonderful. Even upgraded our stay at no additional cost. Gave full tour and info on entire area, which was helpful for restaurants and store errands. Very close to airport.
Centrally located just a few minutes from the airport .
The home was clean the neighborhood has security.
Very responsive host.
AC working good, with an extra fan. Electric kettle is a help just in case someone wants to make coffee.
It is a safe neighborhood and quiet with the gym close by. It has air-conditioning and everything one could need.
