Monkey House Hostel and restaurant has the best food in Nicaragua hands down. Their Tacos can be compared to Oxaca Mexico. It's well worth the extra $$ to eat there vs. the cheap local places, you won't regret it.

Amazing location with a beautiful view and access to two beaches. Food at the restaurant was really good, with several options for the included breakfast. Nice social atmosphere. Staff were very friendly, including one of the sweetest pups I’ve ever met. I stayed in the private bungalow, which was very clean and had a comfortable bed. No hot water, but I didn’t mind given how hot it was without AC- I knew this going in, and the room isn’t built for it anyway, just be aware even with the fan it was very hot at night. That being said it wouldn’t keep me from staying again.

Perfect spot with the most amazing view of the waves and the sunset, this is a relaxing place in a local fishermen village. Don’t go if you expect party, this was very relaxing and the staff was amazing . Too surf location too :)

Absolutely beautiful property with the most amazing view, you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves, watch the sun rise and set over the ocean. Walk straight to the beach. Short walk to town. Everything is super clean.
