The room and bathroom was very clean . It feels like home away from home .
A fabulous experience at the Alpha hotel. It was very comfortable and an extreme value for money. We were able to make meals in the room and the host was extraordinarily nice. His name was Sam. Sam is a tremendous asset to the alpha hotel, and I hope that the owners and management treat him appropriately. He is a great person, and we would definitely come back to the Alpha hotel specifically because of the service that Sam had given us. A tremendous value and a tremendous hotel.
Alpha was extremely quiet, clean , well looked after and lovely friendly staff.
Good location, friendly staff, comfy beds and good shower pressure. Also would have to say the room was very clean.
lovely little cosy apartment, with everything we needed for our stay, the lady at the front desk was very helpful bringing milk to our room, re topping up the tea bags, sugar,cookies and towels daily, she also helped me out exchanging change so I could use the washing machine. was very quite considering it’s in a busy road.
