I felt very welcome on arrival - host came and said a cheery hello and left a note for me in case I arrived and she was away from the office. Room was well appointed and clean
The personal touch by the owner to little things. Like enough milk to last me for my stay. Was really impressed when I had been out all day and arrive back late at the unit to find the curtains had been drawn and the light was on. A lovely touch
