Julie was an exceptional house keeper as she was friendly and considerate. Made us feel welcomed as there was no one there to manage guests.
Great location walking distance to a number of restaurants and eateries. Reasonable sized room and bathroom. Kitchen included microwave, sink, toaster, kettle and a range of glassware and crockery
The room was comfortable and spacious, with very good facilities, heating and much-appreciated aesthetic touches like Jo Ogier's framed prints featuring native birds, displayed in the sitting room and the bedroom.
The unit was good value for money. Location was perfect for me. The staff were friendly.
Well, EVERYTHING! I had to contact Tina a few times earlier this year regarding our booking, she was most helpful back then, and continued to be when we arrived. Very helpful in regards to booking taxis etc. and nothing was too difficult for her.
There were four of us, she had our units alongside each other, so we were able to come and go. We thought we had to order a taxi to take us to the airport for our return home, they took us, said it was part of the service. Amazing. Wish we could have stayed longer, their hospitality was 110%. Wonderful family!!
