Room was clean and tidy spacious it exceeded my expectations.. nice and peaceful, As I had an exam the next morning so had to study. The host was lovely and friendly with a beautiful smile. Will be staying again for when I sit states thank you. A++++ Would highly recomend.

The motel was great, room was very spacious + comfortable, receptionist was helpful + welcoming, location handy to everything, definitely would stay again.

Room was warm, clean, and inviting. Generously sized and a real treat to return to each day. Book it if it's available, you won't regret it.

We arrived early but the manager was charming & organised our check-in quickly. Better still, she gave us an upgrade to a superb unit with heaps of space. The unit was amazingly well-furnished & outstandingly comfortable.

Our room was well set up with a kitchen including a cooktop and needed utensils. There was also a full dining table, 2 comfy armchairs, a Queen bed and a single bed. The bathroom was spacious and had a partly petitioned off toilet one end and the shower (no bath) the other. A high ceiling in the unit gave it a feeling of space and despite all the furniture it didn't seem cramped at all. Interestingly this property is one owned by and paying back to the community which is why Invercargill seems to have incredible facilities for such a small town. If only more places had people with the foresight to establish such a thing in the 1930s. But the motel isn't that old - probably 1980s?
