Lovely, clean and quiet, heater was on when i arrived on a cold night, late.
Staff was friendly and helpful
Location was perfect to Hokitika gorge
Room was neat and tidy
SKY TV was a bonus.

Location was within walking distance to the beach and town centre area, but still quiet. Was easy to find. Excellent water pressure. We could have used another day in Hokitika there is lots to see and do.
Location is good, it's on the corner of Highway 6, but at the time we stayed there was minimal road noise. A short walk from the town.
Comfortable bed, however, personally, I would've preferred it to be firmer.
Excellent shower and bathroom including toiletries.
