The staff were very friendly and made sure we were comfortable in our unit.
Bowls headquarters were at Burnside so Casino Court was central to that plus all the other venues we played at. The hosts went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They even did our load of laundry for us, as we stayed 9 nights and needed clean clothes for bowls. I also loved that Netflix was available and used it a lot. I'd stay there again if I came to Christchurch again
We booked this room to extend our stay at this hotel. The room was gigantic so our family could really spread out. It was lovely and clean again with good cooking facilities. The staff were very friendly and replaced the frying pan for us straight away and were happy to give us extra towels every day.
We thought the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was modern and had a great heat lamp so it was lovely and warm when getting out of the shower. The room was plenty big enough for our family of four to have our own space and we especially liked that the kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner so we cooked most nights. The best thing about the hotel room for me was my dust mite allergy didn't flare up which happens in many hotels so I was very pleased with the standard of cleaning.
