Able to let myself in and not be hovered over by the owners. If they went past, they waved and smiled and let me enjoy the space. The bed was really comfortable and the space was immaculate. Loved looking out over the garden and sitting outside relaxing. Close to Lake Waihola and within an hour to Dunedin.

Clover Hill Studio is seriously comfortable. Beautiful decor including a little mini Xmas tree complete with lights! The reception by the host was friendly and professional and we were given the privacy as we chose. Quiet night. Literally no sounds. Bedlinen, towels, shower, bed... everything of a high standard. Wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

The room was very large and beautifully decorated. It included a queen size bed, TV, couch, desk and a large bathroom/laundry area. It was in a semi-rural location, but only a few minutes into town.

Very nice small house located in Milton. Room was clean with very nice equipped. Staff members were very thoughtful and nice!

Water pressure in the shower was awesome. My own home has weak water pressure so those first moments in the shower were incredible
