Cute place to stay! Loved it, great spot for what I needed, parking, heating and an adorable antiquish style room!
Very tight parking lot tough on not very skilled driver.
Room was well maintained and had a historical charm consistent with Dunedin's history. Very close to city centre and other important parts of the city like Botanical Gardens, Museum etc. and very lively location for a short visit to the city.
We visited for our honeymoon and the staff left us a bottle of sparkling wine and a nice card in our room. It was very sweet and my husband and I enjoyed it immensely.
Location was great, property was clean and comfortable and met our needs nicely. Good value for money
