Walking distance to Hagley Park and to town and also fairly close to Restaurants in Riccarton Road. Private and good heating and well equipped , comfortable kitchen and lounge area. Good access to outside private table and chairs adorned with plants and cool artificial grass. Warm toilet seats. A really lovely place.
Solid 8.7 in our opinion.
Very clean, well furnished and comfortable. It was also relatively quiet. I would go back and/or recommend it. Great value.
