The room was small but comfortable and clean. It felt very welcoming with many photos and books to look at. The host was very friendly. We went to a restaurant a short walking distance away that was ok. There is a nice place to seat outside if it's not raining.

Arthur was very accommodating. The facility met our needs. Bathroom was very nice.

The I'm a traveler accommodation was perfect for our stay, it was comfy, great clean facilities, privacy, the communication with the owner Arthur was absolutely amazing, he made sure we could get into the accommodation without any worries. We had breakfast at a Cafe, which is a place Arthur & his wife Margret used to love going together, and thanks Arthur for a great place for breakfast the meals are definitely delicious and Big. Was great to meet you Arthur and thank you for allowing us to stay at I'm a traveler.

The prpoerty is clean, has key amenities such as sink, refridgerator, dishware, tv, wifi and a quality bathroom. There is also an outside space you can acess along with a bedroom and a small sitting area and kitchenette. The location was also great with a car. I could go anywhere in Dunedin in about 10 minutes.
