Lovely little motel. Super clean and lovely inside. Better than expected from looking at the outside! Would stay again.
The unit was very spacious & clean. Only thing I would say is the bed was very firm. Not a bad thing just takes a bit to get used too.
Property is nice walking distance to the shops and eateries.

while it is an old school style motel, there was nothing old school about the interior. Everything was freshly renovated with updated kitchenette, generous bathroom, and nice crisp sheets.
Amazing ! I had a Balcony Room that overlooked everywhere ! So clean and so much light and air. Easy, secure parking too ! Kingswood is my Go To Accommodation in Waimate - Ill be there every year for the Strawberry Fayre !
