It’s really cosy and quiet. Our room was on the ground floor. We saw so many birds perching on a tree just outside our room where there’s a backyard. Location is a short ride to the airport so you’ll have to take a bus or taxi.
Reception person was great,dinner was excellent and prompt
The rooms are lovely. The corridors are a little tired, but don't let that put you off. Its close to the Auckland airport and has both in-house dinning and nearby restaurants
Hotel was nice and boujee. Good parking. Nice rooms, liked the 2 bed option. Nice front of house staff.
I had to make a slight adjustment to my booking and it was no worries for the staff and no extra charge. All staff were friendly and helpful
