Perfect great food and beer. Bathroom tap had lost its nozzle and water came out of the basin when slow flow. Shower was great. Toilet roll holder missing.
The hotel is in a great location right in Arrowtown. Restaurant right there as well, had a lovely dinner and breakfast.
One aspect that truly stood out was the friendliness and helpfulness of your staff. They were always available to answer our questions, provide recommendations, and assist us with any requests we had.
The room was nice and spacious with every facility that we needed. Access without coming through the hotel was good. Sky TV was good and excellent wifi.
Dinner in their restaurant was nice and reasonably priced. Service and there was minimal delay between ordering and the food arriving. Being in the main street meant we were close to everything.
The owner was lovely, the room very comfy and everything you wanted was there. right in the shopping street, great music in the restaurant. beautiful stay. Made me feel welcome although i was alone.
