The hotel is very modern and clean with exceptional staff service. Both the evening meal and breakfast were sumptuous and tasteful. The suite was very well laid out, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom area very clean. I will stay again in the future.

Room was comfortable and good size.
A great rate for a two-bed roomed suite with excellent breakfast in the morning. Will definitely stay again when I'm in New Plymouth. Great idea with the mountain bikes free to hire as well.
I was very impressed by the lovely staff who checked us in at reception. He was friendly, professional & efficient. Thank you it makes such a difference when you receive good costumer service.
Also the bed was super comfortable!!
Very well located, within walking distance to the city center, with lots of restaurants, supermarkets and the sea. Decent breakfast. Convenient parking facilities
