I love the room it was cosy and warm. I love the soap and shampoo dispenser that was a great idea.
We had two rooms for our group of 4 - one upstairs and one at ground level. Both rooms were spacious, well appointed and immaculately clean. They each had a heat pump, so we were not cold (it was mid-winter). My partner and I were in the upstairs room - which is slightly brighter and warmer (would be my choice again during winter). Location on George Street, which is quiet, but very short walk to the university campus. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely try to get a room at Owens Motel on our next trip south.
The beds were very comfortable. Accommodation was clean and warm.The location was great. Also, we had a room upgrade, which was amazing.
Room was clean quite and spacious and separate toilet was a bonus
