Upgrade to apartment with Lake views was stunning; spacious; luxurious; very comfortable beds and pillows; fantastic pressure hot showers; exceptional friendly customer service and were very accommodating with accessible needs of my elderly dad. Location absolutely fantastic - close walk to TSS Earnslaw steam cruise booking. My best stay in Queenstown ever. Highly recommended.
Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was very easy walk (300m) into main area of Queenstown. Views from everywhere. Pleasant and helpful staff.
Great location and amazing lakefront view from our room! It’s just 2 min walk from the main square of Queenstown. Our suite was very spacious and has complete kitchen amenities. Shower was very spacious and i love double sink in the bathroom. Linens were very clean.
