My family and I had an amazing experience at the property in Rate Pool Side Flat in Mairangi Bay. The location was perfect and close to the city center and attractions. There were 5 of us accommodated in this lovely house. At first, we were greeted by the landlord lady who was friendly and very helpful and made us feel welcomed- Thank you Sophie. She took us to the flat and gave an orientation of the flat which has: - a clean spacious and a maintained lounge -two beautiful and comfortable rooms -well maintained and clean laundry, toilet and bathroom -lovely pool which is just beside the flat. I would say this is an excellent place to spend your valuable time away from home with your loved ones. It feels just like home, and you are free to move around the house since the flat is situated downstairs. This is a place that is worth your money, and you will not regret spending that much on such a lovely place as this. Thank you.

We enjoyed how welcoming & friendly the host was upon arrival. How all pictures online met our expectations. Enjoyed the private pool, games & how easy it was to watch movies on TV. Washing machine & hair dryer came in handy aswel as enough towels and resources. Also liked the artwork on walls as it added a family feel.

A home away from home. Very comfortable. Host was amazing and such a friendly welcome. Kids enjoyed the pool. Beautiful location with amazing views Definitely would return again.
