Our stay was exceptionally comfortable, thanks to the incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. The property is well-maintained, and the indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, steam room, and even an ice plunge were fantastic amenities. The hotel's central location was ideal, offering an easy walk to Sky City, the harbor, and Britomart.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location to explore the Auckland CBD and harbour on foot. Staff were very friendly and rooms were chic and spacious. Would definitely stay at the Pullman Auckland again.

Room was very clean. Excellent coffee in room .We had breakfast in the dining room and the Ala carte menu was excellent for us as we needed only a small breakfast.

I loved the pool, the sauna, the hot tub and the locker room. I also got a very relaxing massage at the onsite spa. The breakfast was great, incredible selection. The slippers were a great touch.

Wonderful staff who were welcoming and engaged well with our children. The unit was perfect for our short stay, located within walking distance of spark arena. Room and facilities were clean and tidy.
