Everything - Kerri is a perfectionist. Everything was exacting and you knew that this hotel is like no other. I’ve stayed at some of the best hotels in the world and I’ve never come across the attention to detail I witnessed in what would be considered a small town in South Island. There is something special about this hotel - it’s a commitment to excellence I noticed across every touch point.

Everything was also the cleanest. The quality of all items were top notch. Just nothing - absolutely nothing I would fault.
Room was just opposite the lake and not far from the center.
The owner was really friendly and help us book the restaurant and Millford trip.
Our room was exceptional. Beautiful view of the lake. Location is perfect, right on lake and in walking distance of restaurants. Owner was so friendly and gave some great recommendations.
