Its perfect for us as a romantic getaway or when we have something on in the city as we live outskirts of Auckland.
we loved it - and the ADA resto is fabulous. Wed def recommend and we will be staying many more times.
Beautiful original Hotel. I enjoyed my night there. Really nice check out with a good talk with the Hotel's owner. (I arrived very late for meeting anyone during the check-in (that was well organized too).

really quirky and unique hotel. it used to be a convent and the decor references it without being actually religious. the room was clean and comfortable though smaller than it looks in the pictures.
The location was perfect for our visit. We were greeted warmly and two requests we made were quickly provided. It was quiet and we had a very comfortable bed with quality linen.
