What a fabulous oasis to relax in! Gorgeous apartment in peaceful setting with loads of bird life to enjoy. Super friendly host and so many thoughtful touches and generous treats. This is by far the nicest place I've stayed in and I highly recommend it to considerate quiet guests.
Wendy is an absolutely fantastic host! I felt right at home. The house is equipped with every possible comfort to make your stay enjoyable, tastefully furnished and embellished with Wendy's patchwork quilts. The location is excellent: very close to the beach and a walk from the center of Devonport. Perfectly quiet at night, with the pleasant sound of birds singing during the day. In addition, Wendy and Mike's courtesy and kindness made our stay wonderful. I really miss it!
The apartment is extremely well equipped with quality items. It has a cosy atmosphere and is very private and quiet. There is a bus stop close by which you can catch to Devonport and the Ferry or Takapuna.
Charming, extremely well appointed; home away from home. Great location near some great beaches on the North Shore.
Lovely to find generous breakfast supplies, including Nespresso coffee, and home baked treats. Especially after a day of travel.
Lovely to wake up to native tui birdsong.
